- Delhi-NCR: 1–2 days
- Outstation Delivery: 5–6 days

- Free shipping on orders above ₹ 1999/- within Delhi-NCR
- Standard shipping charges apply below this threshold and outstation deliveries

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions
We will replace or refund only if:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Wrong item delivered
- Product is spoiled upon arrival
Proof Requirement
Customers must:
- Share clear photos & unboxing videos within 6 hours of delivery
- Email or WhatsApp support
Without proof → no claims accepted
Refund/Replacement Resolution
- Replacement shipped within 24–48 hours, OR
- Refund processed within 5–7 working days
Non-Eligible Cases
We do NOT cover:
- Taste preference issues
- Minor texture variations (natural products)
